Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, SurfAvenueMall.com will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below.

For any exchange or refund we need the original receipt and the product must be in its original carton with intact UPC bar code, original packaging, and contain all accessories. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned, it may only be exchanged for the same product by returning the item to the SurfAvenueMall.com.

Restocking fees will be applied to any product not returned in “like new condition”. Televisions, digital cameras, camcorders, printers, and radar detectors must be returned within 7 days of the sale date, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Charges for delivery services and other fees are non-refundable after the services have been performed.

Surfavenuemall has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
