Larry King died on Jan. 23 at age 87, based on an announcement launched on his official Twitter account. Ora Media shared the information, writing, “With profound unhappiness, Ora Media declares the demise of our co-founder, host, and good friend Larry King, who handed away this morning at age 87 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Middle in Los Angeles.”

The longtime TV host is remembered for his over-25-year run on CNN’s Larry King Dwell, the place he interviewed a wide range of notable, newsworthy topics. “For 63 years and throughout the platforms of radio, tv and digital media, Larry’s many hundreds of interviews, awards, and world acclaim stand as a testomony to his distinctive and lasting expertise as a broadcaster.
