Shipping Options & Product Arrival Time
SurfAvenueMall.com offers three shipping options for in-stock products within the U.S.:
1] Standard Shipping : The item typically arrives in 4-8 Business Days.
2] Expedited Shipping : The item typically arrives in 3 Business Days.
3] Express Shipping : The item typically arrives in 2 Business Days.
Shipping costs will be noted per item during the checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from the cart before checkout. We will automatically default to the least expensive method of shipping available, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process. If Standard shipping is not available for the item you selected, your shipping level will default to Expedited service.
Shipping cost is calculated on a “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the level of shipping service selected (Standard, Expedited, Express).
Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii
There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii with Standard service. There is, however, an additional UPS surcharge of $10 per item for items shipped with Expedited service, and $15 per item for Express service.
To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, SurfAvenueMall.com partners with shipping industry leaders UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, MailExpress and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products. Items requested to ship Expedited or Express shipping will be shipped by UPS. UPS, MailExpress and the USPS are utilized for Standard shipping.
You may notice that MailExpress or UPS Mail Innovations begin the process on many shipments arriving from the USPS. That’s because the MailExpress and UPS Mail Innovations Processing Facility works in conjunction with the USPS.
Oversized Item Delivery
Some items may require scheduled delivery to your home or business due to size and weight. These items include larger TVs (37″ or larger), appliances and furniture.
Shipments to P.O. boxes can only be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Standard shipping. You may also be limited to one or two shipping options for larger items, for shipments to certain destinations, and for certain oversized items (such as refrigerators, for example) that require delivery. Shipments to APO and FPO addresses are also limited to standard shipping, but involve slightly different timelines.
Usually, standard delivery time frames are a two-hour window between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are unable to accommodate specific delivery times within these delivery windows. Please try to select a delivery day where you are available all day, and make sure an adult (age 18 or older) is home to sign for the delivery of your item(s). A call will be made to you the day before delivery to review your order and advise you of your two-hour delivery time frame. Time frames cannot be changed. Please review your order information (address, phone numbers and product measurements) before completing your order online.
If your order includes additional products that do not require delivery, they will be shipped separately via UPS or USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: For Fitness Equipment and Outdoor Living purchases, we are only able to provide delivery to the threshold of your residence. No unpacking or setup is included.
PLEASE NOTE: For jewelry products -This items is custom made to order and not stocked. It can take 3-30 days to make but usally 14-21 days on average.
Our Book Products:
Our inventory is comprised of remainders, hurts, returns and closeouts from the publishers. Our books are not used but may be remainder marked by the publisher.
What is a remainder?
Remainders are books which no longer sell fast enough to meet the publishers accounting needs. These books may in fact still be nearly best sellers, but the warehouse space is needed for the next best seller. Many remainders were originally over priced and sell better as remainders than they did at full price. The publishers sell remainders to remainder wholesalers who in turn sell them to retailers. Remainders are the best opportunity for booksellers to increase profit margins, individualize their stores, and build customer loyalty all in one transaction.
What is a hurt?
Hurts are returns from retailers which buy books on a returnable basis from publishers. The publishers sell these returns to wholesalers rather than sort them out and put them back into circulation. Unlike remainders, hurts are often still in print and may include current best sellers. Most hurts are actually in very good condition, though some do show minor signs of wear.
IC will be providing fulfillment for all orders placed by international customers to any destination in the world.
IC will provide Standard or Priority shipping options with real time pricing upon checkout. All parcels are
trackable and insured. Most shipments up to 3 pounds receive a complimentary Priority upgrade due to
the competitive rates received through contracts with the carriers.

CUSTOMER STATUS UPDATES
IC order status updates are sent via email to the customer throughout the order process. Additionally,
customers may login to their account at
IC manages all Returns and Exchanges via an automated Return Authorization system. Customers
receive detailed instructions in their parcel in addition to the instructions posted on the IC site. IC will
honor the merchant’s existing Return / Exchange policies and will request a Return Authorization from the
merchant before issuing an authorization to the international customer.
