Haven’t started yet due to very bad health but have checked packaging and canvas looks good. No crinkles. Drills look great. Bit disappointed with tools. This was one of 2 customs I ordered and had a bent pen at the tip and no tweezers. Not really an issue for me as of now as I already have pens and tweezers but if was my first ever painting it would of been a problem. Other than that all seems very good. Will update more when I start painting. At this point I still would recommend store. Thank you

I received the incorrect drill kit with my custom & after contacting them with pics of what drills I got compared to the color list from the canvas, Cherry got back to me almost immediately & offered to send new drills or get a refund. I chose to have the drills resent, and my new (correct) pack arrived exactly 2 weeks later! The drill field on the canvas is perfect and the drills look great! Great experience!

Very happy, again, with my custom! Huacan makes it easy to do odd size designs as this is 20x60cm, but they charged me for a 40x40cm. Super easy! Love how it turned out!
