Received the notebook today, device seems great! Super speedy and beautifully made, the only catch being the Chinese Windows installed out the box, it is relatively easy to change this though so I can’t complain. The only slight niggle I experienced was with the delivery, all the estimates said it would be delivered at the latest for the 20th but it came 2 days late, and the tracking systems the chosen courier uses aren’t very user friendly

A Quick brief: THE LAPTOP is amazing! Comes whith a Chinese windows and office version. There is nothing difficult to change it. Microsoft creation tool will help you. But first you must activate the license in your Microsoft account before THE SELLER is alright. There will not be any notification that store is going to send yours goods. Two day silence and after you will receive a message that the package has been sent 1,5 days before THE DELIVERY AND TRACKING: It had been delivered 2 days late than was expected. Traking system isn’t friendly. After a notification that the item is in distribution center. Better use parcelforce tracking system.

The product is very good, but I never received it due to some shipment problems, because according to the store, the post office lose my pack. In the end they refund me the money, so it’s ok, I just lose time, but they look as a serious shop.
