Tag Heuer launches restricted version Carrera Sport Chronograph

Tag Heuer launches limited edition Carrera Sport Chronograph

Tag Heuer has launched the most recent watch in its 160th anniversary vary.

The “Tag Heuer Carrera Sport Chronograph” is the third and closing launch from the model following the launch of the Silver Dial and the Montreal Restricted Editions which had been launched earlier this 12 months.

Inspiration for the watch was drawn from  the basic Heuer “Dato 45”, which in 1965 was reportedly the “first Heuer wrist chronograph ever to characteristic a turning date disc.”

Two variations of the watch have been created by the model one with a blue dial and one with a white dial. Every model is powered by the Heuer 02 manufacture motion and restricted to 1,860 items.

Catherine Eberlé-Devaux, Tag Heuer’s heritage director, mentioned: “It was fascinating,  actually a privilege, to have an opportunity to take a look at all the excellent Carrera fashions once we had been creating our anniversary choice.

“The selection of the 3147N the in-house reference for the Carrera “Dato 45” was a daring one as a result of it challenged our design workforce to create a clear, legible chronograph dial with a date window in an uncommon place. They up to date and upgraded a real icon, rising to the event brilliantly.”
